I saw small drops of Coolant under my car this morning, not by the hoses, could it be Water Pump?
On my 1991 Olds Calais 2.5L "Iron Duke" 2.5L Tech4, i noticed small drops of Coolant dripping by where the Pulleys are, NOT THE HOSES, after 5 minutes of car warming up. I wonder if i need to do my Water Pump "Soon," As it does NOT seem to be the Hoses, and MAY disappear a slight Coolant level drop, that happened fairly consistently (nothing major, but every week or two i noticed the coolant in the tank may have gone down by an inch, or slightly less. I did just flush it and its all bled and mixed.)

I dont know when the Water Pump was last changed, if ever, and i also read my Engine does NOT have a Timing Belt OR Chain, which is weird.

Is the Water Pump a Prime Suspect here? How much longer do i have, before it goes? I can change it at the end of the month..

I want to write a book, are my story ideas good?
I want to be rich from writing books. I have been working really hard no some ideas. Give me your honest feedback on these premises.

1)Fisherman in northern minnesota catches a weird fish, not an ordinary fish. brings it home to have his scientist friend look at it. meanwhile, the dog eats the fish, then strange things really start to happen!

dogs hair falls off and he speaks spanish. fisherman bob, not knowing spanish, learns it. dog advises fisherman bob that certain doom will come since the fish are mad at us eating them. it is up to fisherman bob to save the world and restore peace to the fish and human community.

2) Gregory, a young boy from Scotland, is walking home from pig farming one day when he find a treasure. but this is no ordinary treasure, this treasure belongs to a dead king and he will stop at nothing to protect his valuables!

Greg, now cursed must find a way to rid himself of the curse or he will surely die. And his girlfriend got sick, he must use the treasure to buy her an operation without making the dead king mad!

3) space storks from the planet golgatron (english translation) fly to earth to warn us of global warming. but this is no ordinary global warming, this is global warming cause by space lasers

4) mitzu-jew, a half jewish half japeneese shrew was living a normal life. until a bulldozer distroyed his home! he gets so mad, he highjacks japenese robots and vows to kill everyone. he wants them dead because they broke his xbox and smashed his family. alonge the way he falls in love with a robot, but the relationship won’t last because he is a shrew and she is a robot.

5) a professional boomerang thrower falls into a hole and wakes up in a new time. The time he wakes up in is the future and there are creatures everywhere! all he has is his boomerang, a couple of hot pockets, and shoe laces. he must survive this crazy future and get back to his time before the sun sets, or else!

People like reading about what they wish for, winning the lottery is one of those wishes. And when someone wins really big, many people wish the winners have really bad luck.

How quickly should the pH of water change if a strong acid or a strong base is added?
We did titration of water (for blank titration) and use a base and an acid of a similar concentration. We found that it took a while for water to become acidic, whereas water became basic with just one drop of strong base.

Was this the expected result? Shouldn’t the titration curve for water looks roughly "balanced"?

What you’re probably missing is that you need to modify the ratio of acidic to basic ingredients to get the acidity to change. The pH does not indicate the ratio of acidic to basic components, just the pH that results. Some solutions of, for example, pH 3 may need a LOT of acid to get the PH to change if there’s a lot of base already in solution.

Which movie is honestly better, Avatar or Titanic? Tribal people v.s Dicaprio?
Now I am a Titanic fan all the way but I am hearing that people are saying AVATAR is better then TITANIC. To tell the truth I don’t think soi!!!!!!! I love titanic all the way and don’t think a movie with aliens will beat a sunken ship!! What does everyone else think?

The thing is, Avatar and Titanic are two very different movies. Titanic is predominantly a love story, while Avatar is mainly an action flick.

Titanic is a great movie, don’t get me wrong..they have great acting and great cinematography…
but Avatar (speaking technically..not story-wise) surpasses Titanic. The story transcends the typical "alien movie" and becomes something so much more. Like District 9, the humans end up becoming the monsters they’re so afraid of.

Not to mention, Avatar is a huge break through in visual effects and graphics. It took almost 4 years to make this movie.

I think Titanic is awesome, but I think Avatar is breathtaking.

how can I stop feeling like the black sheep of the family?
Hello. I live in England but family lives back in NC. However, for the past fifteen years (I’m 33), I’ve been treated like the black sheep. My parents seem to favour my younger brother and consider him to be the golden child. So do my maternal grandparents. It’s not really the same with my paternal grandfather. He’s about to get married and buy a house. He’s bought a really big grill. He got a teaching job about this time last year. For the past two years, his attitude towards me has been nice but abusive. He has turned really arrogant. This happens every time I go there. My parents talk to him like they never see him and they are lucky if they see me twice a year. He only lives three hours from them. I even caught my father and him making jokes about me while I was in the bathroom. My dad has also turned into a very vulgar person. Now, my brother made the comment in front of other people that I got fired from my first teaching job, why don’t I do anything on the weekends here in the UK, I’ve worked at several part time jobs and stores in my younger days. Also, how many tickets did I get when I lived in the states. See, those little questions come up out of the blue, and in front of people, like my parents. On Christmas day, he announced that my parents spent to much money on us and perhaps we should have a secret santa next time. I tell you, I am to the point where I can’t stand to have anyone around. I’ve taken too much shit from too many assholes in my life (excuse my language but making a point), including at my present job. I’m gay and can’t seem to find anyone. So, I choose to stay alone because I know that alone, I won’t get hurt. However, across the pond (and here) people find that strange. When I go and visit, I’m expected to be home before dark and got into serious trouble this Christmas because I was getting home at 7.00 from Greensboro. However, I have to go through their version of the Border Agency when I want to take the car and go off somewhere. I never go and feel like I’m visiting and on vacation and come back feeling refreshed. Should I stop going? Advice please.

as for your own family – it is really hard when you find that you may love each other, but you don’t like each other – maybe it would be good to distance yourself a bit from them. I don’t think you should cut off all communications, but you already live far enough away that you could easily give an excuse and not come visit next christmas – keep talking to them, but maybe it’s time for the visits to come ever 5 or 6 years instead of regularly. and have individual relationships instead of interacting with them all together – maybe you have an aunt or a cousin who you want to keep in close contact with, but forget the rest
